She works directly with every client on positioning, brand strategy, and copywriting. StoryBrand-trained and Duarte-certified, Darla has spent her career helping service professionals find their voice, sharpen their message, and grow with confidence.
Her approach is rooted in empathy. Before building a strategy or writing a word, she takes the time to understand your business, your clients, and the gap between how you see your work and how the market sees it. That outside perspective is where the real work begins.
When she is not working, you will find her on the beach, deep in a book, or exploring the Lowcountry with her family and friends.
Joe Kirchner — CFO and Operations
Joe manages the financial and operational side of Kirchner Marketing with precision and calm, ensuring the business runs smoothly so the creative work never loses sight of real goals.
A family man and former collegiate sprinter, he brings the same steady focus to the business that he once brought to the track.
Nina — Operations Manager
Nina keeps the team organized, projects on track, and clients supported. With a Business Administration degree and a natural gift for systems, she brings structure to the creative process and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Bilingual in Spanish and English, Nina is a dreamer with her feet firmly on the ground. She is equally at home solving operational challenges and imagining what comes next.
Dankco — Copywriter and Content Strategist
Dankco brings language to life. A poet, bookworm, and fine art photographer, he has a deep appreciation for the craft of writing and an instinct for what makes a message land.
He works best after 11 am, thinks best when traveling, and writes best when the brief is clear and the coffee is strong. Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Fabiana lives and breathes design. She brings visual clarity to every project, translating strategy and messaging into brand assets that are beautiful, purposeful, and on point.
